1. Lifetime Guarantee
At Priority, our goal is to make you a customer for life which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for all of our repairs as long as you own your vehicle. Rust and corrosion not included.
2. Free Loaner Cars
Whether your repairs are mechanical or collision, we have 48 free loaner cars to help you continue with your life while we repair your vehicle for. These loaners are always completely free of charge to customers with full insurance coverage. There no hidden fees to worry about, just drop off your vehicle and be on your way.
3. Free Detailing
Every car that comes through Priority Auto Body will undergo an extensive cleaning, polishing, and waxing process so that when your repairs are done, your car won't only just run like it's new, but it'll look and smell like it's new too.
4. Free Estimating & Mobile Estimating
Another hidden charge that other repair facilities like to sneak in is estimating charges but at Priority these services come standard. We even go the extra mile and will come to you if it's hard for you to get out, you live far away, or if your vehicle is difficult to move.
5. Free Pick-Up & Drop-Off
In addition to providing a free mobile estimate, we'll come and pick up your vehicle and drop it back off all free of charge.
6. Free Diagnosis
Are you wondering why your "Check Engine Light" keeps coming on? At Priority, we can provide the answer and do it for free. Our free diagnostic check helps us to quickly find any problems with your vehicle.

You wouldn't typically think of an auto body repair facility as being environmentally conscious, would you? At Priority we're looking to change that. That's why we recycle and properly dispose of everything that we use. Whether it's the 500 pounds of cardboard per week, fiber glass bumpers, or our paint thinner through our solvent recycler, everything at Priority is 100% Green - just another way we make every customer a priority.
• Paint Mixing:
Our paint mixers allows us to mix more than 25,000 colors. This vast color palette will help to perfectly match that shade of paint on your vehicle or to choose something really unique for your new paint job.
• RV Repair Service:
We are Michigan's premier direct repair facility and one of the few locations in the State to offer damage repair services for RV's. Priority will make your RV look like new and our large storage center will keep your RV safe until until you come in and pick it up.
